01 "Warm-up"

Hello students of 5th grade, All the sessions of our subject will have to have a warm up, since it is vital at the time of preventing injuries and it will serve us to prepare our muscles for the later activity. We start with the first didactic unit of the course called "We learn to warm up and relax" that has 7 sessions.

UD 02 "We take care of our back"

We started with Unit 02 "We take care of our back" which deals with the contents of Postural Hygiene. It is important in Physical Education to adopt a series of correct postures that will help us to prevent back pain in the future. On the other hand, the realization of exercises of awareness, strengthening and stretching will also help us to prevent pain and strengthen the muscles involved in the posture. This unit has 6 sessions.

UD 03 "We improve the physical capacities (Resistance)"

Resistance is one of the most important physical capacities from the point of view of health, according to many authors. We intend with this unit, not only to improve it, but to create the appropriate habits so that you can develop it and work it out of the school environment. The unit has 4 sessions
