Hi guys and girls from fifth primary Education
I welcome you to this new academic year that begins. This blog will help us to locate and extract information from the contents that we will see in Physical Education class.
I will also give you some links related to physical education and sports, videos, journalistic articles and other content that serve to deepen more in our area.
The blog is a very useful tool to become familiar with ICT (Information and Communication Technologies).

Resistance is one of the most important physical capacities from the point of view of health, according to many authors. We intend with this unit, not only to improve it, but to create the appropriate habits so that you can develop it and work it out of the school environment. The unit has 4 sessions
We started with Unit 02 "We take care of our back" which deals with the contents of Postural Hygiene. It is important in Physical Education to adopt a series of correct postures that will help us to prevent back pain in the future. On the other hand, the realization of exercises of awareness, strengthening and stretching will also help us to prevent pain and strengthen the muscles involved in the posture. This unit has 6 sessions.
